These terms apply when you use ServiceKing. By creating an account you agree to them.

Early access

ServiceKing is in early access and free to use while it is. Features can change, and we may set limits on usage to keep the service healthy for everyone. We'll tell you before we start charging, and you can leave with your data at any time.

Your data

Your data stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it only so we can provide ServiceKing to you. You're responsible for having the right to put that data in, and for complying with the laws that apply to it, including privacy laws where your customers live.

Acceptable use

Don't use ServiceKing to break the law, to harm others, to attack or overload our systems, or to get around the limits on your account. We may suspend accounts that do.

If ServiceKing sends messages for you, only message people who agreed to hear from you, and honor opt-outs. Don't use it for spam.

Money

Prices, taxes and totals in ServiceKing are worked out from what you enter. You're responsible for checking them, and for your own tax and accounting. Card payments are between you, your customer and your payment provider.

No warranty

The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We work hard to keep it running and your data safe, but we can't promise it will never fail, and you shouldn't rely on it as your only copy of anything important.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, ServiceKing isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending

You can stop using ServiceKing and delete your account at any time. We may end service with reasonable notice, and we'll give you time to download your data.
